Our Founders
Patti Leith
Patti has dedicated her entire career to building inclusive workplace cultures. She is energetic about equality and cares greatly about enabling collaborative teams. Her life’s work has been to teach people how to judge less and include more. She is the creator of the Inter Face Methods Learning eXcelerator™, a compelling tool to build tolerance, collaboration and inclusion. In 2012, she published Judge Not, A Guide to Influence People Who Think Differently. Along with Ken, she has authored several articles, whitepapers and two books.
Ken Leith
Ken has a belief that when positive energies and diverse experiences are harnessed, powerful teams are formed and they can solve challenges better, together. He has a vision for a world in which all people have access to the support they need to reach a high level of success. He is an active advocate in business and civic work for racial equity and the elimination of racism. He has focused his career on building teams with dignity and respect, and generating growth through an inclusive service mentality. Along with Patti and Gary Ades, Ken wrote a book on the identification and realization of targets for culture enhancement.
