shock™ talks are web-based video meetings designed to foster and encourage compelling dialogue. Each meeting begins with ground rules and explores a theme related to eradicating bias. Some meetings will have guest speakers. Most meetings will feature a song or soundtrack with a strong message about bias, which you can preview with your favorite music streaming service. Think of it as a book club, with the message in the music.

The experience is designed to foster open dialogue in a safe environment, allowing participants to learn how to be present in discussions about racism happening today. Participants will be encouraged to consider further involvement in Unform Your Bias™.
