Our Programs
Our programs offer the opportunity to uncover your bias - to recognize it and see it. Together, we unpack its origin. You learn which personal experiences shaped your viewpoint. This leads you to understand your reaction, learning why these experiences stayed with you to shape your thinking. Finally, you work to unform your bias and replace it with a willingness to inquire, listen and learn from people with entirely different experiences.

A series of four web-based programs offered to enable personal work toward a mindset shift in your own biases.
Community Circles
Citizens coming together to create a real change. Together, we learn to put aside differences, we identify the issues that lead to substandard expereinces for people of color, adn we collaborate to develop systemic solutions for a better future.
