Our Programs

Bias is in all of us. Give yourself six hours of time over the next month to change your heart and prepare yourself to be a part of the changes needed within our nation’s communities. Strengthen your heart by looking inward; share your journey with others.

U4™ is a series of four web-based programs offered to enable personal work toward a mindset shift in your own Biases. The experience allows you to intentionally reduce your Bias footprint and encourage others to do the same. As a result, you will be more prepared to find your place in talking about challenges and developing solutions to eradicate racism and erase hatred.

Each session will address one of the following:

Uncover your Bias. Recognize it and see it.

Unpack its origin. Learn which personal experiences shaped your viewpoint.

Understand your reaction. Learn how to adapt to others with differences through inquiry.

Unform your Bias and replace it with a willingness to inquire, listen and learn from people with entirely different experiences, while also helping others do the same.
